The Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS® is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive community that celebrates differences and empowers all individuals. NAAR’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee plays a crucial role in this effort, working to provide a safe and welcoming environment for individuals of all backgrounds, beliefs, and abilities. By fostering a sense of belonging and preventing exclusion, we strive to strengthen our communities and be a more representative reflection of the Northern Arizona area.
